Biography
Dr. Amin Jan is currently working as an Assistant Professor at School of Management and Marketing, College of Business and Public Management, Wenzhou-Kean University China. Prior to joining WKU, Dr. Amin Jan worked as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Hospitality Tourism and Wellness, Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (No.1 Entrepreneurial university in Malaysia). Dr. Jan also worked as a Research Consultant for the College of Business, Abu Dhabi University, United Arab Emirates (AACSB). Besides various academic and research experiences, Dr. Jan also bagged industry experience by working as a cash officer with a leading commercial bank in the past. He won various academic and research awards for instance,

He obtained a Doctoral degree in Management from the Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS) which is ranked No.1 in Malaysia and ranked 68th in Asia. He has been involved in nine (9) research projects at the government and private sector in the past. He has published several novel research ideas in various internationally well-known journals. His cumulative impact factor is more than 100. Dr. Jan also secured one copyright claim as well (research framework for measuring sustainability practices in Islamic banking). His future research agenda is based on building practical methods for aligning sustainable business practices with SDGs, and to propose novel theories in the same vein.
