Chang Liu (Jean) joined Wenzhou-kean University in August 2015 and is currently the coordinator of curriculum and academic advising. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Maritime Law from Dalian Maritime University in 2013 and then obtained her master’s degree in Chinese Business Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining the CBPM, she served as the Student Conduct Officer in WKU Student Affairs.
