Biography

Dr. Kunsu Park currently works at the College of Business and Public Management, Wenzhou-Kean University (WKU). Before joining WKU, he was an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Bang College of Business, KIMEP University. Dr. Park’s diverse background in accounting, economics, finance, and management science, as well as research/teaching experiences, has built a solid foundation for pursuing his academic career in accounting. He is an enthusiastic researcher with a keen interest in the areas of financial accounting and corporate finance. Financial accounting and corporate finance are interdependent and inseparable. In keeping with his spirit of curiosity, he would further like to pursue research topics that overlap between these two areas in order to better understand topics that have yet to be explored. He plans on actively presenting his papers at major accounting and finance conferences and getting them published in highly respected journals. More importantly, he will continue to nurture his curiosity and passion for making meaningful contributions to accounting research.
