Biography
Dr. Lee’s work philosophy is “mutual growth of business and society.” To put her philosophy in action, she has worked as an administrator, a business consultant, and a scholar. Her research focuses on 1) behavioral and performance consequences of a firm’s social perceptions, such as legitimacy, reputation, and identity and 2) mutual growth of business and society. Her papers have won and have been nominated for the Best Conference Paper Prize at a leading academic conference, the Strategic Management Society. Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Proceedings and Journal of Social Entrepreneurship.
She has lived in seven cities in four countries and likes to travel, take photos, listen to/play music, and explore different foods.
