Biography

Dr. Ziying Lian received her Ph.D. in finance from City University of Hong Kong, and Ph.D. in applied economics from Xi’an Jiaotong University. Dr. Lian’s primary research interest lies in empirical asset pricing, as well as empirical corporate finance. Her present work are associated with tail risk, extreme markets, momentum, financial markets and crises, ESG and Fintech security, ect. Dr. Lian teaches courses both in Economics and Finance.
