Biography
Shiwen Gao (高诗文) joined WKU in 2023. Before joining WKU, she completed her doctoral studies in Quantitative Marketing from National University of Singapore. Her research is mainly focused on eWOM and digital marketing, but she also has a keen interest in doing research related to healthcare services, energy conservation, and the gaming industry. She uses different tools and methods in her research: game theory, causal inference, field experiment, and machine learning.
