Biography

Ms. Jin admitted as Solicitor of the Hight Court of Hong Kong in 2014 and obtained Legal Professional Qualification Certificate of the PRC in 2017.  She has strong academic background in laws with plenty of practical work experience in field of business law. She was trained as a solicitor in Stevenson, Wong and Co., which is a large local firm in Hong Kong providing full services. She mainly worked for Department of General Commercial and Corporate Finance, where she generated extensive experience in legal field of IPO and merger and acquisition and conducted numerous director training for the listed directors and management. She was also deeply involved in legal services for Vinda International Holdings Limited and several Sino-US cooperation program, such as the HelpMeSee and Wenzhou Medical University, the People’s Government of Ouhai District and the Jackson Laboratory. She had been in-house legal counsel of WKU for over 7 years, handling all the contracts approval, legal consultation, negotiation and litigation.
