Biography
Wenxuan Fu joined College of Business and Public Management at Wenzhou-Kean University in 2026. She earned a Ph.D. in Accounting from the University of Hong Kong and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
Her research specialization is in empirical capital markets and the economics of information in financial markets. Her active working papers examine executive compensation, loan contracting and covenants, and information transfer along supply chains and corporate networks. Her primary job market paper examines the corporate consequences of a recent executive compensation disclosure mandate.
